Getting started.

A tap for today. A habit for every day.

Log your sunscreen

After applying, tap Log sunscreen on Today. Your timeline shows when you applied and when to reapply. Tap Log reapplication for the next application, even with reminders off.

Use Edit log to correct the time, SPF, coverage, or notes. Save your usual sunscreen in Settings → Sunscreen.

Turn on reminders

Choose reminders during setup, or later in Settings → Reminders. Daily, reapply, and evening reminders are optional. Live Activities have their own switch.

For leave-home check-ins, save Home and allow background location. A check-in asks whether you applied; it only logs sunscreen when you confirm the actual time.

Check your progress

Open History to browse dates, review applications, or make corrections. The calendar and weekly Insights are there too. Unconfirmed check-ins are kept separate from sunscreen logs.

Choose your UV settings

In Settings → UV & Weather, choose your location or a city. Logging works without location. About UV data.

Keep it close

Add a widget or use Apple Watch to log and reapply in place. Apple Shortcuts can log sunscreen and check your status too.

Keep your history

Manage iCloud and backups in Settings. A backup restores to your phone first; publishing imported changes to iCloud is a separate choice.
